Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek: A Beacon of Boutique Hospitality

It was terrific to be back in Denver on the new direct flight from Dublin with Aer Lingus.  Ed enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek and chatted with General Manager, McClinton Heil and he started their chat by congratulating Clinton on being awarded the 2024 Best Boutique Hotel General Manager by BLLA! 

Hospitality runs in McClinton Heil's blood and this was more than evident during my delightful stay at the  Halcyon Hotel Cherry Creek  Located in the vibrant Cherry Creek neighbourhood of Denver, the Halcyon features over 150 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites, each tastefully curated to blend luxury with comfort.   

At the helm of this well run establishment is McClinton Heil, whose leadership has propelled Halcyon to the top of TripAdvisor rankings and has also earned him the prestigious title of Best Boutique Hotel General Manager at the 2024 BLLA Awards.  It was a pleasure to talk with McClinton to discuss his innovative strategies, the essence of Halcyon’s brand, and what this award means for him and his team.  This hotel has so many lovely touches such as the the complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries and muffins, complimentary water and welcome drinks on arrival for guests and a great happy hour in the FABULOUS Local Jones Bar
