The Gstaad region can only be described as one of the most beautiful places on earth and here everything seems slower and relaxed,  whether you are hiking in the mountains, skiing the perfect slopes, or just enjoying the spa or at your hotel.   And it is all utterly delightful.  Ed stayed at the Golf Hotel in Saanenmöeser,  just 15 mins by train from Gstaad,  nestled amid snow-covered mountains, fairytale forests and picturesque valleys, the whole region spoils its guests with a huge variety of ski areas and winter sports activities to suit every taste.  Julie Andrews famously described Gstaad as "The last paradise in a world gone crazy" -  how right she was.   - Next week on Travel Talk we continue our Swiss Travels in Interlaken, Stockhorn and the Jungfrau Region.
