Niamh Kelly from Re-turn talks about the recently introduced Deposit Return Scheme and how consumers are responding to it. The scheme demands a huge behavioural change for Irish consumers and while there have been some teething issues early indications show a real willingness to reduce litter, protect the environment and better recycling.
