Pubs And Post Offices Under Threat Because Of Pandemic

Hundreds of pubs across the country will be posting pre-pandemic photos on social media of the people who've been out of work since last March.

It's a year since publicans closed their doors due to the spread of Covid-19 with those without kitchens staying closed since.
Meanwhile Postmasters say they face a financial "cliff edge" in July when a payment to help with the running of the post office is due to be reduced.
A new government working group set up last week will consider how to direct more state business to post offices. It’s due to report back at the end of July – but postmasters say that will be too late.
