On Travel Talk this week Ed travelled to London to meet Matt Williams the GM at The Westminster London, a Curio Collection Hotel by Hilton.  Matt began his career in hospitality 25 years ago. Relocating from Australia to the UK in 2000 and kickstarting his hospitality career as a breakfast waiter and kitchen porter.  A recognised leader in the industry, he was celebrated in 2015, when he received the EMEA GM of the year award for DoubleTree by Hilton whilst General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton London - Ealing.  Matt loves that this industry is forever evolving and that no one day will ever be the same.   

Located a few minutes' walk from The Tate Gallery, Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament, the award-winning The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton offers a warm welcome to its guests.  The hotel has elegant furnishings and a wonderful relaxed ambiance.  Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning and also features a work desk and minibar.
